Peach State Real Estate has been open for about 4 months.

With the resources of Keller Williams I help home buyers get into the home of their dreams and sellers sell their homes for more money in less time.

TBE: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

My supportive friends and family.

TBE: How many employees?

Just me, myself and I at the moment. But I do hope to one day grow into a great real estate company to employ others.

TBE: What service(s) or product(s) do you offer/manufacture?

ANY REAL ESTATE NEEDS! From finding your dream home to finding lenders as well as credit builders. Even if it’s just answering questions about the home buying process.

TBE: What’re your company’s goals?

For everyone to have the equal opportunity of becoming a homeowner.

TBE: What is unique about your business?

My business caters to individuals in a way others can not. I get to learn my clients wants and needs on a deeper level. I see the emotional and mental stress they go through during the home buying process and I take those problems on as my own.

TBE: What are your responsibilities as the business owner?

To make the process for my clients as simple as possible. To manage, to teach, and to learn from my clients.

TBE: What made you choose this type of business?

I love what I do. I had a goal to make more decisions for my future and have more control over my schedule. Real Estate is a great way for me to do those things while helping others.

TBE: Does your company help the community where it is located?

Absolutely, I make sure to tell everyone all the details good and bad about owning a home before they begin. I ensure everything is right before they make such a big decision.

TBE: Have you ever turned down a client/customer? If so, why?

No I haven’t. I try my best to help everyone I come in contact with to the best of my abilities.

TBE: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

BE PATIENT, patience is key in starting your own business.

TBE: What are some strategies you use for working with an unhappy customer?

I use patience I know how stressful this process can be. If they are unhappy it’s for a reason and I try to resolve it if possible.

TBE: Where would you like to be in 3 years?

I would love to be financially independent with clients who love the services I’ve provided.

TBE: What would your previous employers say about you?

That I’m energetic upbeat and very positive. I’m always willing to lend a helping hand and I don’t give up easily.

TBE: When you were a kid what did you want to be when you grew up?

A scientist. I received my Masters in chemistry which is and always will be my first love. However, I wanted to venture into something different that’s always been a passion.

TBE: What was your first business idea and what did you do with it?

My first business idea was to open up w bookstore that’s still in my back pocket though.

TBE: What do you wish you knew before you started your first business?

I wish I knew more about the patience and diligence that it takes to become a successful realtor. Mistakes like that can possibly lead to uniformed decisions and choices that have no pure structure behind them.

TBE: What did you learn from the worst boss you ever had?

That it’s not the type of boss I want to be. I prefer to be a leader and work with my employees as opposed to them working for me.

TBE: What has being a business owner taught you?

It has taught me perseverance. So many times throughout my journey I’ve felt like I wanted to give in to the pressure of being a business owner. The will to preserve has gotten me further than I could imagine.

TBE: Is there anything that you would like to add?

I am very easy to talk to if you have any questions about buying or selling a home or real estate in general don’t hesitate to contact me.
